The space
This beautifully designed, 1 bedroom loft is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Queen City. It features a modern styled furnishings that are not only sophisticated, but comfortable. Whether you’re staying for few nights or a couple of months, this loft has everything you need for pleasant and restful stay.

The living room which features a 55 inch smart tv, also has a couch can transform into a full size bed. Mattress pad for extra comfort and clean sheets, can be found in the closet.

The cozy loft bedroom highlights a king size bed, 40 inch tv, and ample closet and dresser storage space. This bedroom does not have a shade/blind in the window, but inside room is not visible from the street. Complimentary sleeping masks are provided to help block out any unwanted lights outside the property while trying to get a peaceful nights rest.

The full bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and common toiletries needed while traveling. Bathroom is located upstairs.

The updated kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen dining, cooking ware and utensils . As well as small appliances such as a toaster, blender, and single-serve coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. Please note, this kitchen only has a stove top. NO OVEN, Air fryer with baking options is provided.

The property has a standard set up accommodate 3 people, but can sleep up to 5 for an additional fee. **Additional queen size air mattress is available upon request, that can accommodate 2 extra people. Additional fee of $50 per night applies**
